We have pre-designed lines for our saunas and steam rooms or we can create a completely custom thermal space.

Site inspection, Construction Supervision, Equipment Supply

For every custom project, we assign a project manager to perform a site inspection and measurements of the space.

Installation

We can offer our own installation for any project. All our products also include a detailed installation guide for anyone who would like to assemble themselves.

Logistics

Perfect Wellness Group has a team dedicated to coordinating all shipping and delivery of our products with our factory in Italy until it reaches its final destination.

Training & After-sales Assistance

If there are any questions or maintenance that is needed, we have a team available to provide support. After a project is complete, we also offer training for any clients or staff members to ensure that the units run smoothly.

After Sales Assistance

We can support projects from their planning stage, design selection, and value engineering to the site inspection, construction supervision to the supply of equipment, logistics, installation, and after sales assistance.

Spa Consulting

In addition to our product range, our deep knowledge of the wellness industry allows us to provide full technical spa consulting. We have knowledge on a wide range of spa and wellness solutions such as thermal areas, saunas, steam rooms, halotherapy rooms, Himalayan salt walls, ice fountains, snow rooms, ice rooms, chromotherapy, hammams, rasul, caldarium, laconicum, tepidarium, and frigidarium. We have an in-house interior designer and architect, who can help map out the new space to fit the client’s vision.
